Adrian Catino was born and raised in the vibrant city of Montreal, Canada. From a young age, he was captivated by the city’s skyline and architectural landscape—a curiosity that naturally evolved into a passion for real estate and investing.

Adrian began his real estate journey early, purchasing his first parcel of land in Laval at just 16 years old. He later acquired his first income properties in 2013, following the completion of his Finance degree at Concordia University. His investment portfolio has since spanned both Canada and the United States, providing him with hands-on experience across diverse markets and asset classes.

Before pursuing real estate full-time, Adrian spent over a decade in the luxury automotive industry. He began by renting out exotic vehicles, eventually going out on his own to launch a luxury car dealership and high-end car rental company. This entrepreneurial experience sharpened his negotiation skills, client service standards, and understanding of high-value transactions—skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.

Through his work with high-net-worth clients, Adrian recognized that true long-term wealth is built through real estate. Many of these relationships evolved into investment partnerships, allowing him to invest alongside clients both locally and internationally.
