Rental Terms and Conditions:

*The tenant has exclusive use of the backyard.

*The building regulations of 146-150 Bellerose will be an integral part of all promises to lease.

*The unit must not be used as an Airbnb, including short-term rentals.

*The tenant(s) agree to submit their rental application to Oligny-Thibodeau at their own expense and commit to providing a recent credit report, a recent employment letter (including salary or recent pay stubs), and the contact information of their current landlord. They understand that their rental promise is conditional upon the approval of the landlords; otherwise, it will be null and void.

*If the tenant(s) have their own dishwasher, they agree to use a certified plumber for installation and provide a receipt to the landlords (for insurance purposes).

*The tenant(s) must provide proof of rental insurance, including $2 million in liability coverage, for the entire lease duration, including any renewal, as well as proof of an active Hydro-Québec account in their name before occupancy.

*At the end of the lease term, the tenant(s) agree to return the unit in the same condition as when they took possession.
